Delete your LingoPaws account

You can start account deletion directly inside the LingoPaws app.

Delete in the app

  1. Open LingoPaws and sign in to the account you want to delete.
  2. Open the Account screen.
  3. Select Delete Account.
  4. Read the deletion notice and complete the required confirmation.

After confirmation, LingoPaws initiates deletion of the server account and account-owned profile, course, learning, game, streak, ranking, and social data. Records that must be retained for legal, security, fraud-prevention, or transaction-integrity obligations are isolated and retained only for the required purpose and period.

Subscriptions are separate

Deleting your LingoPaws account does not cancel an App Store subscription. Manage or cancel the subscription through Apple account subscription settings.

Cannot access the app?

Email aaronchen667@gmail.com from an address you can access. We may need to verify that you control the account before completing a request. Do not send your Apple password, verification codes, payment-card information, or complete transaction evidence.

Creating a new account later

Signing in after deletion creates a distinct new LingoPaws account. Deleted learning history is not restored to the new account.
